Great service from start to finish. Responsive to emails, no grumbles on the day about tricky parking and the rather difficult task at hand, just got on with the job and also went the extra mile to remove some old satelite equipment on the roof. And a great price. (NB: This was for my house, not The Bear Club, but it's the only Google profile I have and really wanted to review the service).

Tony went above and beyond to resolve this for me. He installed a brand new aerial and tuned my TV in for me. It didn’t take him very long at all and I now have an excellent signal. He also helped to tidy up my cables and cleared all the rubbish. I would definitely recommended! Thanks so much for your help today!

I had an issue with my signal and booked a dish alignment. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. They quickly identified the problem, realigned the dish perfectly, and double-checked the signal strength. Great service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
He came on time, was very professional, checked aerial signal at socket and at the TV. The problem was as we thought, that the aerial wire kept getting knocked as we passed. He hardwired the wire into the socket and protected the aerial with a conduit so we wouldn't knock it again. very satisfied
