The company responded to my request almost immediately and we arranged a time for a home visit. The representative arrived on time and immediately identified why I wasn't getting TV reception during periods of rain. He replaced the aerial, checked and repaired some wiring and carried out a signal strength test. Since that point my TV has been working perfectly. The representative was very pleasant and helpful throughout. I would certainly be happy to use him again in the future.
